Orders are generally shipped in a few business days after your order is processed. We use USPS or UPS ground when shipping products. You will receive your tracking number once your shipping label has been printed.
Orders are processed Thurs-Sun during normal business hours.
If you're not satisfied with what you've received, you can return products within ten days of delivery at your expense. We'll then refund you for the item!
If a product was damaged during delivery, please send a photo of the packaging and product to Frazettaartmuseum@gmail.com or message our chat system and we will make things right for you.
